Product Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small team while also engaging in hands-on design work, the full-time Product Design Manager will drive the product vision and strategy for the Visibility and Spend Control group, focusing on enhancing user experiences in personal finance management tools, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product management and engineering to establish and execute the product vision and roadmap
• Champion user-centered design principles and mentor designers to foster growth and collaboration
• Design and prototype user experiences that facilitate smarter financial decision-making

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role
• A minimum of 2 years in a design management position
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with emerging design technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives from concept to completion
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in synthesizing feedback to drive projects forward
