Product Design Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Product Design Manager in a full-time remote position, who will manage a team of designers while also engaging in hands-on design work to create innovative ad formats that enhance user experience and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision for the Ad Formats Performance Pod, focusing on consumer-facing ad experiences and AI automation
• Operate as a player-coach, managing a team of designers while contributing to design execution
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define strategy, roadmap, and culture for the Ad Formats Performance Pod

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven track record of developing and iterating on digital ad products in collaboration with product management and engineering
• Experience with design systems and a strong understanding of design principles such as layout and typography
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to mentor team members and implement emerging AI tools effectively in the design process
