Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of product designers
• Define and implement design vision, strategy, and standards for products
• Design and refine deliverables using Figma and InDesign while overseeing updates for compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in product design, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in biotech, e-commerce, or product-based industries; pharma experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, and design system management
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a focus on strategic design alignment
