Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success leading design for enterprise B2B software or SaaS products
• Experience building and implementing a unified design system
• History of managing a distributed or remote design team
• Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma
