Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design of an evolving legal platform, the full-time remote Product Designer will tackle complex AI design challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create intuitive user experiences while shipping features weekly.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI-native workflows and trust cues for legal professionals to confidently delegate tasks to AI
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features from initial design to final implementation
• Conduct user research with in-house legal users to understand workflows and enhance product usability

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of product design experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
• Proficient in Figma and experienced in contributing to design systems
• Ability to prototype in HTML/CSS/JS or React, or possess a computer science degree or equivalent technical background
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with attention to detail and clear hierarchy
• Proven ability to work quickly and iteratively, learning from user feedback
