Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to lead core workflows and enhance user experience in AI-driven data migration products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for high-quality implementation
• Conduct user behavior analysis and create new design patterns and interaction modalities
• Establish design processes and maintain high standards of design craft through reviews and critiques

• Strong mental models developed through data, research, and first principles
• Portfolio showcasing excellent product designs in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think through complex interaction design challenges
• Proficiency in visual, UI, and interaction design skills
• Fluency or developing fluency in AI principles and tools
