Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design initiatives and enhance product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and design scalable solutions
Own complex design initiatives and drive innovation through prototyping and user research
Mentor other designers and contribute to the overall design culture and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in Fintech or EdTech
Deep proficiency in Figma, Pendo, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Proven track record of managing complex product experiences and delivering user-centered solutions
Strong expertise in user-centered design principles and interaction design
Experience mentoring designers and shaping design culture
