Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to join their Payments, Claims & Eligibility team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and conception through to launch
• Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Lead user research efforts to integrate user insights into the design process

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience designing digital products, particularly in internal tools and consumer-facing applications
• Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills
• Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation to implementation support
• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
• Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
