Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to lead design work within a dedicated product pod for fundraising software.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design work for product features, from initial research to polished execution
• Translate product goals and user needs into design solutions using various design tools
• Contribute to product road mapping and collaborate with engineers and product managers

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience designing interactive digital products, preferably in SaaS or nonprofit tooling
• Ability to independently lead design projects within a team setting
• Experience using Figma for design exploration and mockups
• Knowledge of framing design decisions using research and user feedback
• Eager to explore and adopt emerging tools to enhance workflow and collaboration
