Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer 3 to manage and advance design initiatives for various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve components and patterns within the site experience, ensuring alignment with the new design system
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and PM partners to define and deliver user-centered solutions
• Participate in critiques, design reviews, and cross-functional syncs to ensure quality and cohesion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Figma, specifically with component or design system libraries
• 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams, conducting handoffs to engineering teams
• 3+ years of experience with visual design skills
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end flows and design processes
• No degree required for eligibility
