Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Advocate for users by understanding their needs and creating solutions that address real customer problems
Own the user experience from problem definition to final delivery and iteration
Plan and conduct UX research, translating insights into actionable design decisions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in B2B SaaS or startup environments
Strong background in UX, UI, research, and delivery
Proven experience in planning and executing user research
Advanced skills in Figma and experience with design systems
Ability to manage multiple design initiatives independently
