• 3 to 5 years of experience designing software products with a compelling portfolio
• A self-starter with an owner mindset thriving in an early-stage startup environment
• Experience building products with reusable component design across multiple applications
• Strong listening skills to capture ideas from stakeholders and the product team
• An open mindset to feedback and ability to take constructive criticism to improve designs
