Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Product Designer who can own the product experience and shape product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX and product design across the platform, ensuring consistency and quality
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product direction and specifications
• Collaborate with engineering to influence technical architecture and prioritize features based on customer impact

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software products
• Proven ability to own large product surfaces and translate user feedback into product strategy
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and usability principles
• Experience working closely with engineers and product leaders
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
