Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to develop design hypotheses based on user needs and AI capabilities
Design intuitive interfaces for AI and automation features, focusing on user trust and feedback
Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex decision-making experiences

Required Qualifications

3+ years of total work experience, with 2+ years in Product Design (UX/UI), preferably in FinTech or enterprise SaaS
Experience designing with AI tools and understanding AI-assisted workflows
Expert proficiency in Figma and its modern features
Hands-on experience conducting user tests to inform design decisions
A human-centered design philosophy suited for an agile startup culture
