Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from conception to final execution
• Drive continuous improvements in design processes and ensure consistency in design outputs
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Advanced product design experience with a portfolio of impactful design solutions
• Experience designing user experiences within insurance, finance, or compliance regulated sectors
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience conducting usability testing
• Ability to understand the bigger business and product strategy beyond immediate design tasks
