Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive and elegant user experiences from complex data and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, intuitive interfaces for complex workflows involving risk scores and hazard models
• Conduct user research and workflow mapping to inform design decisions and feature priorities
• Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs, iterating based on user feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably with data-driven products
• Proficiency in Figma and managing design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with design thinking and navigating ambiguity in the design process
• Able to present design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
