Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer (Mid to Senior Level) to support design and research efforts for a digital product team in the Federal government sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research activities such as interviews and usability testing
• Synthesize research findings into insights and product design decisions
• Create wireframes, interaction flows, mockups, and prototypes based on user and business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
• Must reside in the United States and have lived there for 3 of the last 5 years
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in UX design or related roles, preferably in Federal government or healthcare
• Experience with user research, interaction design, and Agile methodologies
