Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to own end-to-end design processes and collaborate with product managers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve and extend the design system to improve consistency and increase design and engineering velocity
• Partner with product managers and engineers to identify customer needs and develop impactful solutions
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, focusing on usability and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience, particularly with complex or B2B products
• Experience in building or scaling a design system in collaboration with engineering
• Strong systems thinking, considering long-term scalability and technical feasibility
• Proactive and independent with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies to enhance design workflows
