Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape user experiences on their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design on high-impact projects, from discovery to delivery
Design core admin workflows for HR and L&D leaders to manage programs effectively
Create data and reporting experiences for non-technical decision-makers

Required Qualifications

BS or MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Design, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
3-5+ years of applied product design experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
A portfolio demonstrating work on complex, data-heavy, or AI-adjacent systems
Strong data visualization and information architecture skills
Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design tokens
