Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to support the design and development of a CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a CRM platform to support internal workflows and client operations
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into scalable experience solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and shape the experience strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UX Strategy
• Strong experience designing for CRM platforms like Dynamics or Salesforce
• Proven ability to define information architecture and structure complex systems
• Experience in data-heavy environments and enterprise tools
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with APIs (preferred)
