Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer & Builder.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses tied to product metrics and business outcomes
• Design and build features or tests using the shared design system and AI tooling
• Analyze results, share insights, and propose next steps for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in product design focused on outcomes
• Demonstrated high craft in design with attention to typography and fidelity
• Experience shipping projects beyond Figma, including prototypes or side projects
• Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations without detailed specifications
• Interest or experience in social networks, professional networks, media, and/or advertising is a bonus
