Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for the core customer journey, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct user research to understand customer outcomes and drive iterative design improvements based on feedback
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering to prioritize design requests and ensure adherence to design system standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Pendo
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process
• A human-centric approach to analysis with knowledge of usability and accessibility standards
