Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Product Designer to transform complex internal operations into seamless digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and audit pain points for internal users, creating empowering workflows
Ship scalable UI/UX solutions using Figma, and design detailed specifications and prototypes
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align on technical feasibility and unblock development

Required Qualifications

3+ years of UI/UX experience in Back-office, Admin panels, or Enterprise SaaS
Portfolio showcasing end-to-end flows for complex, data-heavy products
Advanced Figma skills and understanding of admin panel design patterns
Proven ability to ship products within technical constraints and iterate based on feedback
Intermediate+ English level and fluency in Ukrainian
