Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to shape developer interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end initiatives including research, prototyping, and implementation while collaborating with engineering
• Enhance existing products focusing on usability, accessibility, and performance, while shipping improvements directly to production
• Engage with customers for feedback to create scalable patterns and contribute to the design system in Figma and code

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing platforms or complex products, preferably in developer tools or enterprise software
• Strong systems thinking and ability to adapt design patterns based on context and complexity
• Experience in user research and translating insights into impactful product design
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end code for contributing to design systems
• Proactive in identifying and addressing design gaps across products
