Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer II to design intuitive user experiences for their Connected Worker Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experiences, applying user-centered design principles and visual design aesthetics
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and contribute to evolving design systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate design decisions and connect work to business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Figma and proficiency in its design tooling
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product design for web and/or mobile
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred
