Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic product design and journey mapping
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and strategy teams
• Proven ability to operate in partially defined environments
• Curiosity and openness to learning the financial domain
• Prior fintech or finance experience is not required if the portfolio shows strong design rigor and strategic thinking
