Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process across discovery, research, prototyping, and delivery
• Build the design system from scratch, establishing patterns and components that will scale with the product
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into clear design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership
• Strong UX fundamentals including interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Experience designing for complex, data-heavy products for non-technical users
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing, advocating for evidence-based design decisions
• A degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
