Product Designer 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer 3 to join their Experience Strategy & Design Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate complex design concepts to inspire alignment around future-state experiences
• Deliver design artifacts across varying levels of fidelity, including wireframes and journey maps
• Synthesize customer insights and data to uncover systemic issues and present holistic solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in product/service design
• OR Master's Degree in related field AND 3+ years of experience in product/service design
• OR equivalent experience using design thinking to solve complex problems
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Sketch
• 5+ years of experience shipping products or delivering customer-facing solutions through end-to-end design (preferred)
