Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer II who will be integral to the product team, focusing on human-centered design to address complex problems in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in research initiatives to understand user needs and inform design decisions
• Design solutions that balance user and product goals, utilizing AI tools for ideation and prototyping
• Create informed design iterations and validate work through user feedback and data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Design, or a related discipline, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
• 2 to 4 years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
• Proficiency in exploratory research and usability studies
• Strong conceptualization and visual communication skills
• Experience with design systems and familiarity with accessibility standards
