Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing consumer web or app experiences
• Experience in a growth, optimization, or experimentation-heavy environment
• Understanding of A/B testing principles and experimentation trade-offs
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, HotJar)
• Ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions
