Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of features from end-to-end
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on product decisions and the roadmap
• Contribute to the design system to ensure consistent style and quality standards across products

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally 2+ years in B2B SaaS
• Experience working at an early-stage startup
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into tangible solutions
• Ability to balance speed with maintaining high design quality
• Bonus: Experience with products for engineering teams and strong visual design skills
