Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer (B2C) to enhance the learning experience for users transitioning from beginners to certified professionals in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new product initiatives, including future certifications
• Improve certification experiences by enhancing clarity, flow, and feedback loops
• Collaborate with engineers to simplify complex workflows and enhance the core product experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing consumer web or app products
• Experience designing complex workflows, such as education or SaaS platforms
• Ability to think in outcomes rather than just screens
• Comfortable with ambiguity and foundational product work
• Proficient in using qualitative research and product data to inform design decisions
