Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer - CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute innovative digital products, producing deliverables such as wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Provide feedback and direction to ensure high-quality, data-driven experience designs
• Assess and optimize product performance through usability testing and analytics interpretation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience
• Experience in user-centered and design thinking methodologies
• Proven ability to design intuitive mobile apps and launch end-to-end experiences
• Hands-on experience with Figma and prototyping tools
• Preferred: Prior experience using Salesforce
