Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer who is driven and curious, capable of navigating complex user problems and translating feedback into actionable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define user experience through process artifacts like User Journeys, wireframes, and visual design
• Translate customer feedback into actionable design hypotheses and proactively identify design problems
• Leverage AI-powered tools to create interactive prototypes and develop high-fidelity designs in Figma

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership
• Proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping
• Ability to interpret ambiguous feedback and translate it into actionable UX improvements
• Solid grounding in UX design principles and ability to manage workflow and deadlines
• Familiarity with mortgage lending workflows or fintech products is a plus
