Product Designer

Job Summary

Product Designer, a full-time remote position responsible for designing and managing product development, running sprints, and leading the design process from wireframe to high-fidelity outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and areas for improvement
• Oversee the entire design process, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final specifications
• Communicate updates and the impact of changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design with significant PM experience
• Strong instincts for customer research and effective interviewing skills
• Fluency in AI design and development tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Make)
• Proven ability to lead and manage sprints effectively
• Experience in GovTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus
