Job Summary

Product Designer, a full-time remote role responsible for owning the design process from discovery to production-ready solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance mental health journeys for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full design process for features, including research, visual design, and prototyping
• Collaborate with product managers to understand problems and co-develop solutions
• Engage in user research and design user-centered, accessible experiences based on member needs

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in health tech
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills and proficiency in the product development lifecycle
• Solid foundation in interaction design and understanding of accessibility standards
• Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for photo editing
