Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Product Designer with engineering characteristics, the role focuses on designing scalable interfaces and leveraging LLMs for prototyping and production, while working in a hybrid environment that supports both remote and onsite collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly build context about various product areas, community dynamics, and industry norms
• Design beautiful, usable, and scalable interfaces and flows across a wide range of product zones
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and help make their pursuit practicable through rigorous planning

Required qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating capacity to craft design solutions in relevant product areas
• 3 years of experience designing software, particularly with social or content networks
• High degree of competence with Figma
• High tolerance for uncertainty and ambiguity in a dynamic environment
• Interest in both independent work and collaboration within a team
