Job Summary

To drive innovative and customer-centric digital experiences, the full-time remote Product Designer 3 will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create human-centered products, mentor other designers, and influence product design strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Advance customer-centric digital experiences by crafting innovative solutions and maintaining design cohesion across the ecosystem
• Coach and mentor design team members while providing strategic direction and feedback to enhance user experience
• Build and direct design quality processes, frameworks, and tools to ensure consistency across multiple projects and teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a collaborative approach to design
