Product Designer

Job Summary

Designing and managing product for a government tech platform, the full-time remote Product Designer will engage in customer research, create wireframes and prototypes, and oversee the full product cycle from concept to shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer interviews and research to inform product design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes while iterating based on feedback
• Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design with significant project management experience
• Strong skills in customer research and the ability to translate findings into actionable design
• Proficiency in AI design and development tools such as Lovable and Claude
• Experience running product sprints and managing product cycles
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
