Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape end-to-end user experiences in a remote environment, the full-time Product Designer will drive design vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute the full design lifecycle for complex aerospace data and AI decision tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design vision for product areas, connecting long-term user needs with execution plans
• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to production-ready assets, ensuring usability and technical feasibility
• Conduct research and integrate insights into the design process, fostering empathy and alignment across teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional product design experience, leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Track record of delivering high-impact, user-centered solutions in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience
• Eligibility to obtain or maintain US Government Security Clearance
• Fluency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC
