Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the future of digital banking experiences, the full-time remote Product Designer will design intuitive and accessible interfaces for mobile applications and web platforms, conducting user research and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Design user-friendly experiences across mobile and web platforms, creating wireframes and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product direction
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality implementation of designs

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional product design, UX design, or UI design experience
• A portfolio demonstrating design process and contributions to shipped digital products
• Strong proficiency with Figma, including components and prototyping
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
