Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning product design in a hybrid full-time role, the Product Designer will autonomously build designs into the product, integrating customer insights and collaborating closely with engineers to create compelling prototypes and final products.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate with customers and experts to identify and pursue untapped product opportunities
• Develop ideas from sketches to working prototypes and manage the transition to shipped products
• Collaborate with engineers and coding agents to implement designs while adapting to industrial constraints

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and storytelling
• Fluency in design and AI tools, with the ability to concept and prototype effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Curiosity and empathy for the domain of independent operators and sustainable investments
• Experience in taking ideas from concept through to execution, including coding and design integration
