Product Designer

Job Summary

To design innovative 0-1 products across the healthcare revenue cycle, the full-time remote Product Designer will create intuitive digital experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product strategy discussions while ensuring high visual quality and effective user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences for operational software, payments, analytics, and AI-powered workflows
• Build and evolve a scalable design system that aligns design with implementation, utilizing AI technologies
• Prototype ideas and communicate design rationale while collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction or User Experience Design
• 1-2 years of experience in Product Design, Visual Design, UX Design, or Design Systems
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a focus on typography, layout, and composition
• Experience in systems thinking and designing for multiple touchpoints
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design quality and product thinking
