Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design process for Point of Sale experiences, the full-time remote Product Designer will translate complex workflows into intuitive tools for restaurant staff, ensuring speed and reliability in high-pressure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design process from discovery to high-fidelity execution for Point of Sale experiences
• Translate complex operational workflows into fast, error-resistant user experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to define and implement POS capabilities across various surfaces

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a demonstrated ability to own broader product outcomes
• Strong portfolio showcasing a disciplined design process that addresses real-world constraints
• Ability to use data and insights to inform design decisions and drive impact
• Experience in designing for speed and reliability in high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with AI-first design approaches and strong visual design skills
