Product Designer

Job Summary

To support feature development in a fast-paced startup environment, the full-time remote Product Designer II will drive visual design, create polished Figma deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences for consumers and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and enhance visual design by creating polished, dev-ready Figma design deliverables for end-to-end user experiences
• Own feature outcomes by translating high-level requirements into intuitive visual design deliverables, including wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering to deliver data-driven solutions while navigating technical constraints and business goals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing shipped work in consumer or B2B software
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating design fundamentals
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variables for creating high-fidelity prototypes
• Solid understanding of design implementation in code (HTML/CSS/React basics) for feasible design handoffs
• Ability to work within an established design system while identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion
