Product Designer

Job Summary

As the second Product Designer in a full-time remote role, the successful candidate will lead the design and creative direction for a new consumer insights product, crafting end-to-end product experiences and polished interfaces while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design core product experiences from exploration to launch for a B2B platform and consumer app
• Define the product roadmap and establish design language, systems, and culture
• Iterate quickly and creatively to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced startup environment

Required qualifications

• Experience designing software products, preferably in a startup or with AI interactions
• Proficiency in using Figma for efficient design execution
• Strong product intuition with a focus on simplicity and clarity in user experiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Passion for design quality and a commitment to continuous improvement based on user data
