Product Designer

Job Summary

Transforming broad concepts into user-friendly solutions, the full-time Product Designer will engage in all phases of product development, from ideation to final execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences for over 2 billion users.

Key responsibilities:

• Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Facebook products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to oversee user experience from conception to launch

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience designing complex software products with a focus on user experience and visual design
• Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering feedback from stakeholders
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience developing and implementing design strategies and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
