Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the mission of accelerating the energy transition, the full-time Product Designer will work remotely or from the Seattle office, focusing on end-to-end design processes, conducting user research, and developing innovative solutions to enhance the renewable energy procurement experience.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the product design process from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration and user experience across the platform
• Conduct user research and analyze quantitative data to translate insights into actionable design solutions that improve user satisfaction
• Collaborate with product designers, managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives and technical feasibility

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design within B2B SaaS and startup environments
• Strong empathy for users with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful design solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with familiarity in HTML and CSS considered a plus
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance elegant and scrappy, iterative solutions based on user and business needs
