Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving the execution of digital user experiences, the full-time Product Designer will enhance design systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct user research to create intuitive and accessible products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to align business objectives with user needs
• Develop and maintain a user research and testing framework to ensure continuous insight gathering and usability testing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience leading user research and design projects with a focus on cross-collaboration
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools to optimize workflows
