Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Product Designer, the full-time role will own design direction, translating business needs into effective solutions while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance user experiences in regulated industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own design direction from problem framing through delivery, translating business needs into design decisions
• Make and defend design recommendations, presenting a clear point of view and incorporating feedback when necessary
• Drive AI integration in design workflows, proposing practices that enhance UX and production work

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience designing interactive digital products
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with web technologies and their design implications
• Demonstrated ability to make and defend design decisions under scrutiny
• Active AI workflows in design practice, with the ability to demonstrate specific tools and outcomes
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
